1-2-1 Triathlon Coaching

Are you training for a sprint triathlon, Olympic distance triathlon or 70.3? But need some help making it happen?

I support female athletes to achieve their endurance sport goals. I encourage my athletes that experience a menstrual cycle or perimenopause to be open about any cycle-related symptoms and how this may be affecting their motivation to train or their performance during training sessions.


If athletes are not tracking their cycle, I can offer guidance so they can start to work with their cycle and get the most out of their training.


BASIC (£75/month)

  • Initial consultation to discuss your ambitions

  • Calculation of your HR and pace zones based on performance testing

  • Personalised training plan (sent to you every 4 weeks)

  • Monthly catch up via video call to discuss your training progress and upcoming races

  • General and race day advice on nutrition, pacing strategy and equipment


STANDARD (£100/month)

  • Everything in the Basic coaching package

  • Weekly feedback and guidance sent via email

  • Unlimited changes to your plan in case your life plans change

  • Invite to group rides (over the summer months)


PLUS (£160/month)

  • Everything in the Standard coaching package

  • Plus, two F2F coaching sessions every month (1:1 or in a small group). The type of session will depend on your training goals. This could be:​

    • Interval running at the track

    • Bike session to improve bike handling

    • An introduction to open water swimming

    • A session to practice transitions between bike and run
