Group coaching: Spring HM/Marathon 2025
Who’s this for?

Women who would like to join a supportive community who are striving for the same goal: to run their fastest, or their first ever, half marathon or marathon in Spring 2025!
When can I start?

Coaching will start in November, approximately 6 months before your marathon event date, but you can join the coaching anytime between November and January.
Core package (£70/month)

6 months of personalised coaching

A training plan built around your personal and professional life, shared with you via the Final Surge app (this allows you to sync your workouts to your Garmin/Apple watch)

Regular feedback via the Final Surge app

Monthly community call where we discuss elements of marathon training (e.g. fueling for long runs, strength training for runners, etc) and have an opportunity to ask questions

Community Whatsapp group to ask questions and arrange runs with other athletes

Discounts to nutrition products from OTE and Veloforte
Plus package (£95/month)

For those based in London, you have the opportunity to join two coached running sessions every month. It'll be a great time to meet other women in the coaching group and push yourself in a supportive environment!
