£100/month

What does it include?

  • Initial consultation to discuss your ambitions

  • Calculation of your HR/power/pace zones based on performance testing

  • Bespoke training plan (sent to you every 4 weeks)

  • Weekly contact via email to discuss progress and adjustments to your plan

  • Unlimited changes to your plan 

  • Monthly catch up via video call

  • General and race day advice on nutrition, strategy and equipment

Is this for me?​

  • You are thinking about doing a triathlon but have no idea where to start

  • You have signed up to a triathlon and need some help fitting in your training with your busy schedule

  • You are a seasoned triathlete but would like a coach to make you a training plan and hold you accountable

1-2-1 + triathlon coaching

£160/month

* available to athletes based in London

What does it include?

  • Everything in the standard 1-2-1 triathlon coaching package

AND​

  • Two F2F coaching sessions per month - it is your choice whether these are swim, bike or run sessions. We will have a focus for each training block based on your areas for development. You need to improve your run fitness? We'll do two track sessions that month. Need to focus on improving your swim technique? We'll do two pool-based swim analysis sessions that month.

Is this for me?​​

  • You are a seasoned triathlete but would like some help with your swim technique in the pool and in open water

  • You are a seasoned triathlete and would like more face-to-face coached sessions

  • You are new to intervals training and would benefit from a coach supporting you in that session

£70/month - no F2F sessions

£100/month - incl. one F2F coaching session every month

  • Swim technique analysis - pool based or in open water

  • You are a seasoned triathlete and need some help to improve your swimming. 

  • You are an aspiring triathlete and want to focus on improving your swimming first.

£70/month - no F2F sessions

£100/month - incl. one F2F coaching session every month

  • Weekly contact via email to discuss progress and adjustments to your plan

  • Monthly F2F coaching session on the track

  • You have set yourself a big goal to break a long standing personal best, e.g. a sub 20 minute 5k or sub 45 minute 10k or a sub 4 hour marathon.

  • You are a seasoned triathlete and need some help to improve your running. 

  • You are an aspiring triathlete and want to focus on improving your running first.
