Testimonials

Ella

From having never really been confident on cleats, to having never swam open water and being petrified of the cold 🥶 I can’t praise Courtney enough for getting me through this year - I’ve gone from my very first sprint tri all the way to a full Ironman in less than 10 months. She worked with me and all my personal goals, ambitions and hectic lifestyle to tailor a plan that suited me. Can’t recommend her enough if you’re thinking about conquering triathlon 💪

Shauna

After booking the Brighton Marathon, I chose to work with Courtney, whose expertise had already proven invaluable during my triathlon training. Working with such an amazing coach brought structure, accountability, and expert guidance to marathon training, which initially felt overwhelming on my own. Courtney was always encouraging, understood my individual needs, and never judged me when things didn’t go to plan. Her personalised approach kept me motivated, built my confidence, and helped me achieve what once felt like an impossible goal, along with several personal bests along the way. I also really valued the sense of community she creates, regularly organising group events that made training feel supportive and enjoyable. I loved seeing my progress and developing both physical endurance and mental resilience, while having a routine gave me a strong sense of purpose.

For women tackling their first marathon: trust the process, stay consistent, and be patient with yourself. Progress takes time, listen to your body, fuel well, and celebrate the small wins along the way.

Ana

Ana messaged me on IG in February 2024 asking for my help in the lead up to her first triathlon. Safe to say, a lot has happened since then!

Ana, ‘I needed some help in structure my workouts and also I wanted to get faster in the disciplines. Being a nurse and working every day it's hard to plan my workouts without having any idea on how to fit in 3 disciplines (swimming; cycling and running). Courtney helped me with that, and she made me fall in love with triathlon along the way.’

Update: I have been working with Ana for almost 3 years now! I coached her to run the London Marathon ‘26 and we’re now working towards London T100 in July!
