Self-coaching can work brilliantly for experienced athletes - but it’s normal to have questions, second-guess your structure, or wonder if the plan you’re following is right for you.
This session gives you dedicated coaching input without committing to full coaching.
Bring your training plan, your data, and your questions.
We’ll review how your training is going, troubleshoot challenges, and help you make confident, informed decisions about your next steps.
This is perfect if you:
Want a second pair of eyes on your plan
Feel unsure about pacing, volume, or progression
Are navigating fatigue, niggles, or a plateau
