Initial consultation to discuss your ambitions
Calculation of your pace zones based on performance testing
Personalised training plan set via the Final Surge app (allows your workouts to be synced to your watch)
Strength and conditioning programme
Regular feedback and guidance sent via the Final Surge app
Unlimited changes to your plan in case your life plans change
Monthly catch up via video call to discuss your training progress and upcoming races
General and race day advice on nutrition, pacing strategy and equipment

£95/month
Everything in the Standard coaching package
Invite to two group track sessions per month. These will usually take place on Wednesday evening at Paddington Recreation Ground or Regents Park track
