Are you training for a marathon, half marathon, 10k or 5k? But need some help making it happen?

Standard

£70/month

  • Initial consultation to discuss your ambitions

  • Calculation of your pace zones based on performance testing

  • Personalised training plan set via the Final Surge app (allows your workouts to be synced to your watch)

  • Strength and conditioning programme

  • Regular feedback and guidance sent via the Final Surge app

  • Unlimited changes to your plan in case your life plans change

  • Monthly catch up via video call to discuss your training progress and upcoming races

  • General and race day advice on nutrition, pacing strategy and equipment

Plus

£95/month

  • Everything in the Standard coaching package

  • Invite to two group track sessions per month. These will usually take place on Wednesday evening at Paddington Recreation Ground or Regents Park track
