5k & 10k race distance

£70/month

  • Personalised training plan for your 5k or 10k event set via the Final Surge training app (which allows your workouts to be synced to your watch)

  • Calculation of your pace zones based on performance testing (usually a 5k time trial)

  • Strength and conditioning programme

  • Regular feedback and guidance sent via the Final Surge app

  • Unlimited changes to your plan

  • Monthly catch up via video call to discuss your training progress and upcoming races

Half Marathon & Marathon race distance

£85/month

  • Personalised training plan for your half marathon or marathon event set via the Final Surge training app (which allows your workouts to be synced to your watch)

  • Calculation of your pace zones based on performance testing (5k or 10k time trial)

  • Strength and conditioning programme

  • Regular feedback and guidance sent via the Final Surge app

  • Unlimited changes to your plan

  • Monthly catch up via video call to discuss your training progress and upcoming races

  • Optional cross-training sessions alongside run sessions to manage training load
